Our staff consists of seasoned doctorate and master level therapists who have experience in helping to cope with life’s stressors such as; depression, anger, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, behavior problems, and personality issues. We provide services both in-person and via telehealth.
Our Experienced Staff
Jean Nanos, Psy.D., HSPP
Dr. Jean Nanos is a licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate degree from Illinois School of Professional Psychology and is a member of the American Psychological Association. She has worked for over 27 years in a variety of mental health settings serving families, couples, and individuals from adults to children. Dr. Nanos has experience in psychological testing for both adults and children. She utilizes evidenced based treatment from various approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance-Commitment therapy. She is also Level 1 Gottman trained. Previously, serving as a director of clinical services for a nonprofit counseling program, she developed school-based programs, managed a team of clinicians, designed engaging didactic training sessions and case presentations that empower clinical staff to enhance their skills, fostering a team dedicated to excellence in mental health care. Dr. Nanos is also PSYPACT authorized, allowing her to provide telepsychology services in PSYPACT participating states.
CHLOE Hanchar, M.S., LMFT
Chloe is a graduate of Purdue Northwest’s Marriage and Family Therapy Program, bringing a wealth of experience in supporting individuals, couples, children, and families. With a foundation in evidence-based practices, she employs various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, while emphasizing a strengths-based perspective that highlights clients’ unique assets. Chloe’s therapy style centers on cultivating a safe and welcoming environment where clients can enhance their assertive communication, explore personal values and boundaries, and develop effective coping skills. Additionally, Chloe is Level 1 Gottman trained, equipping her to assist couples in building and maintaining healthy relationships. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Chloe is dedicated to fostering growth and resilience within the therapeutic journey.
Tameka M Williams, M.A, LMHC
Tameka is a dedicated therapist, mentor and author known for her fun-loving, energetic spirit and unwavering commitment to encouragement and empowerment. A graduate of Governor State University, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology before completing her Master of Arts in Psychology in 2011. In addition to her professional roles, Tameka is a devoted mother, loyal friend and trusted guide to many.
Tameka’s passion for helping others was born from witnessing neglect and abuse in her early environment. Raised in a loving, supportive family, she resolved to be the change she wished to see—creating safe spaces where healing can begin. Drawing on wisdom shared by her own “village,” she built a foundation devoted to empowering children and adults to overcome past hurts and embrace healthy, positive futures.
With over a decade of experience, Tameka has helped children and families navigate complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression and feelings of not being heard or valued. Her treatment process emphasizes:
